If the topmost, then there is little chance we can pinpoint and resolve each one.

If just a few, why then have we failed to identify them?

If we know what they are we surely can discover the cures?

Or is it just me?

(Could it be that one of the reasons why divorce is more common today than in earlier centuries is because the local church worked miracles in steering struggling couples through their toughest trials & tribulations? Was it really just brute force, or is it that we have no idea what really went on or, indeed, what goes on?)
